Population control (street dog and cats)

A feral cat on our streets lives a much more tumultuous and dangerous life than a domesticated pet cat at home. They encounter high risks of disease, injury from fighting, malnutrition, and broken bones from brutal accidents. Compassionately sterilizing them is the best solution to reduce their numbers thus preventing them from leading miserable lives on our streets.
Over 6,000 street cats have been sterilised, vaccinated, and dewormed in our facility in the past 2 years alone.

Deworming

Worm infestations in cats may be completely asymptomatic (showing no symptoms) or severe and life-threatening, depending on the type of worm and severity of the infestation.

Worm infestations that are left untreated can be dangerous, even fatal, for cats.

Outdoor cats are at higher risk of contracting worms.

We provide free deworming for each and every cat admitted to our center, before releasing them.

Anti-Rabies Vaccination

Rabies is a viral disease that can infect all warm-blooded animals, including cats and people, although some species are somewhat naturally resistant to the disease. When signs of rabies occur, it is an almost invariably fatal disease.

We provide free rabies vaccines to all the cats admitted to our center.

Eye Enucleation Surgery

Blurry vision and eye irritations can reduce the comfort and quality of life of cats. Eye surgery is necessary for those cases. Enucleation is the surgical removal of the eye which is an irreversible and permanent solution for various eye disorders. These surgeries in cats are performed when other medical ways have proven ineffective in order to reduce pain and give the feline a better overall quality of life. we try to help the cats in that way so they can live pain-free and with a better quality of life. In transconjunctival surgery, we remove a portion of the eye’s orbit. We try to operate the function to give the animals a better life to live and we believe that is among our social responsibility.

Critical Medical Care/Treatment

There are many animals day in and day out that are subjected to road rage, cruelty, and medical concerns. Mission compassion foundation works for those animals either in opd or by admitting them into the faculty. We offer free treatment for stray animals like cats. Each day we attend to a number of patients who are victims of road accidents, and cruelty and who suffer from various illnesses. Our animal care clinic has been generous by extending its support towards our cause.

Leg Amputation

Amputation may be needed because of severe trauma, cancer, or a birth defect that caused a useless leg.  A painful leg that has not been used or a fracture that can not get fixed may need an amputation. We work for that to give them a better life to live which is among our important responsibilities.
